Online payments are processed through secure payment systems designed to ensure the confidentiality and security of card transactions. Card payment information is processed through Raiffeisen Bank / EuPlatesc and the relevant payment systems involved in the transaction.

NasalAir® does not directly request or store complete bank card credentials.

NasalAir® does not control whether a customer's bank or payment provider approves or declines a card transaction. A payment may be refused or fail for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, card restrictions, authentication failure, security checks, or a decision made by the issuing bank or payment processor.

If a card payment is unsuccessful, the customer may attempt the transaction again or use another available payment method, where possible.

We take reasonable measures to provide customers with a secure online purchasing experience.

Online card payments are processed using the security mechanisms made available by the relevant payment providers and banking partners.

Where supported by the payment solution, transactions may benefit from 3D Secure authentication and other anti-fraud or transaction-security measures.
