Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first by email using the address provided in the Contact section. Once your request has been confirmed, we will provide you with the return address.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
● be in the same condition as it was received;
● show no signs of use;
● be returned in its original packaging;
● include all accessories and documents received with the order.
For hygiene reasons, products with opened or unsealed individual pouches cannot be returned.
If you purchased a promotional bundle containing 2 or 3 products, opening or unsealing any one of the products makes the entire bundle ineligible for return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The only exceptions are cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped by us.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase or, where applicable, by bank transfer.
